Step into the radiant energy of Ra, the ancient Egyptian Sun deity, and join us for an immersive evening of sacred sound, Voice Alchemy, Angelic Reiki-infused healing, meditation and deep relaxation.
Inspired by the wisdom of the ancient Solar Temples, Solar Alchemy: Ra Awakening is a carefully curated experience designed to help you release what no longer serves you, regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your inner light, and leave feeling deeply rested, grounded and renewed.
As daylight softens into evening, you’ll be held within waves of healing sound, sacred voice and gentle Reiki energy, creating space to simply pause, receive and remember the light that already lives within you.
During the evening you’ll experience
☀️ A Guided Solar Meditation inspired by the Temple of Ra, inviting you to awaken your inner sun and set heartfelt intentions.
☀️ Voice Alchemy & Nervous System Regulation – Through gentle vocal toning, humming and sacred sounds, you’ll be guided to soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind and awaken the natural resonance of your own voice. This gentle practice encourages deep relaxation, presence and a greater sense of inner balance before we journey into the immersive sound bath.
☀️ An Angelic Reiki-Infused Sound Journey featuring:
* Planetary and symphonic gongs
* Crystal singing bowls

* Shamanic and frame drums

We’re so excited to be bringing something a little different to families this summer!
Enchanted Moon Sound & Wellbeing CIC and Flow & Grow have come together to combine the joy of a family drum circle with creative movement, imaginative play and nature-inspired adventures.
Each session has its own exciting theme, taking families on a new adventure through rhythm, movement and sound.
🌳 12th August – Woodland Wonders
Journey through an enchanted woodland, becoming trees, woodland animals and forest explorers through drumming, movement and imagination.
🌊 19th August – Ocean Adventure
Dive beneath the waves as we explore the sea with ocean-inspired movement, drumming, chants and calming sounds.
Every session ends with a gentle sound relaxation, leaving everyone feeling calm, connected and uplifted.
✨ Suitable for all ages – no musical or movement experience needed.
✨ A welcoming, inclusive space where children and their grown-ups can connect, create and have fun together.
