We hold monthly circles across Carmarthen and are available for community projects, festivals, schools, nursing homes, public events across Wales or wherever we are needed. Charly and Glynis also a run a one too one sound sessions.

Charly Bevan

My name is Charly ive been been holding successful drum circles across Wales as a sound therapy practitioner.The drum circles have been so fun active parpicitation in sound therapy i find really opens people up . im passionate about playing the Gong, sound therapy, and singing for wellbeing. ive done a variety of sound therapy based courses as well as singing for wellbeing and studying medicine songs. I recently trained with Joanna Bilik from GongFree in the Don Conreaux way of the Gong. i like to weave the art of sound therapy and ceremony through our circles. I believes sound is a gateway to wellbeing and happiness. I grew up in the Wiccan tradition so primarily my practises are earth based i also am a big lover of Kirtan and mantras.

Hosting circles surprised me with the realization that many people find it challenging to engage at first due to past negative experiences with their voice or feeling unheard. Having been in their position myself, this project is particularly meaningful to me. Witnessing individuals opening up, expressing themselves, and feeling a sense of security and genuine acknowledgment for the first time is truly heartwarming. It's a wonderful experience to see. Each person's voice is distinct like a fingerprint, and it deserves to be acknowledged and appreciated.

Andrew Hargreaves

My name is Andrew and I am a musical storyteller and songwriter using natural earth rhythmic modes to inspire people with vocal chanting and incorporating the variety of instruments I play primarily guitar, whistle, and Bodhran (Irish drum).

Singing the song and story as a communal experience has always been at the core of my musical journey, and that journey continues with my current band Shiva Moon where we invite people to join us in the fusion of Celtic, pagan, and earth-based with eastern devotional chanting and music.

For me, the heart of spiritual life is the fire of experience that you can awaken in others through direct transmission of heart energy, deep earth love, and holding space for everyone to bliss out and bring what's deep inside outside to manifestation, higher consciousness, bliss, and transformation. I have been practicing earth-based spirituality for many years, including Druidry, shamanic drumming/journeying, and previously Wicca. I seek to bring people together in community through my music and dance, drumming and chanting, happening wherever possible in inspirational natural settings. Singing the song and story as a communal experience has always been at the core of my musical journey, and that journey continues with my current band Shiva Moon, where we invite people to join us in the fusion of Celtic, pagan, and earth-based traditions with Eastern devotional chanting and music.

Glynis Lazenby

Glynis runs the Reiki Roadshow Academy and loves introducing people to Reiki and therapeutic sound as a wonderful way to bring balance to their lives.

Reiki and sound have provided this for Glynis, and she loves to share all that Reiki and Sound Healing has to offer with others.

In addition to being a Reiki Master/Practitioner, her teacher being author Frans Stiene of The International House of Reiki, Glynis is a Sound Healing Practitioner having trained and qualified with the College of Sound Healing and loves to bring healing sounds into her Reiki teaching and practise.

Glynis utilises sounds such as tuning forks, singing bowls, chimes, voice, and the shamanic drum within her practise, both in 1:1 sessions and group sound baths and journeys.

Glynis believes we are all interacting waves of energy and that is how one person can affect another. This is how the vibration of our healing energies and our musical instruments can heal and balance ourselves and others.

Glynis currently offers 1:1 Reiki with Therapeutic Sound sessions at Cegin Hedyn, Lammas Street Centre, Carmarthen on Tuesdays and also teaches all levels of Usui Reiki Ryoho, Traditional Usui Reiki, at various venues across Carmarthenshire.
